Your First Visit
Before your first visit, you can download all the necessary forms and paperwork and fill out the information on your own time and at your convenience. If preferred, you have the option to fill out these forms digitally before printing.
When you arrive at our office, a member of our team will make copies of your insurance card and driver's license or state ID.
If you haven't been to our office before, your first visit is generally a thorough exam that includes a cancer screening and safe digital x-rays to start your file. Our dentists take periodic x-rays to monitor any dental changes that occur between visits, and they may also use these x-rays to draw up a custom treatment plant just for you.
During your first visit, you will also have a professional teeth cleaning by one of our friendly hygienists.

MEET OUR DENTISTS
DR. BRADY
Dr. Corbin Brady was born and raised on the east side of Des Moines. His dad, Kent, started Brady Dental Care, so naturally Dr. Brady spent many years at the practice and his love of dentistry began.
DR. THROCKMORTON
Dr. Brandon Throckmorton was born and raised in Carroll, Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, at the University of Iowa, and graduated in 2019.
