Your Cosmetic Dental Exam

No matter the cosmetic dentistry option you choose, the first step is always a consultation with Dr. Corbin Brady or Dr. Brandon Throckmorton. During this initial exam, they will evaluate your oral health to make sure cosmetic dentistry is a good option for you. They will also discuss your smile goals with you and help you plan your ideal smile.

Your initial cosmetic exam may include x-rays if there are no recent x-rays on file.

If it is determined that cosmetic dentistry will help you reach your smile goals, the next step is the treatment or procedure!

Professional Teeth Whitening

If your teeth are yellow or discolored, a professional teeth whitening is the ideal solution. We also offer take-home teeth whitening kits and in-office bleaching through the KöR bleaching system.

Our take-home trays allow you to whiten on your own time. Our in-office solution works in conjunction with at-home bleaching to bring even better results.

Dental Bonding and Tooth-Colored Fillings

Dental bonding relies on tooth-colored resins spread across a tooth or teeth to conceal flaws, discoloration, gaps, and shape issues. This same resin can be used to fill cavities or replace silver fillings that detract from your smile. With our tooth-colored resins, our dentists can conceal flaws and give your smile a more uniform appearance.

Veneers

Veneers are thin, tooth-colored shells that go over the fronts of your teeth to hide a variety of flaws, including:

  • Discoloration unable to be corrected by traditional bleaching methods

  • Minor chips

  • Small gaps

  • Height discrepancies

  • Shape issues

Dental Implants

Dental implants are thin titanium posts implanted in your jaw. These posts integrate with your jawbone over a period of months and create a stable base for a life-like replacement tooth.

Dental implants are the most advanced tooth replacement option in the world because they mimic natural teeth– right down to the titanium root. Additionally, the titanium is strong enough to support a denture or a bridge.

When teeth are missing, your jawbone shrinks. This may cause a sunken or aged appearance in the lower part of your face and even lead to further tooth loss. Dental implants help keep your jawbone effective and your teeth where they belong.

Dental implants require no special maintenance other than the care you would allow your natural teeth:

  • Brushing and flossing regularly

  • Visiting your dentist for routine exams

  • Having twice-yearly teeth cleanings to keep your gums healthy
