DENTAL EXTRACTIONS

When it comes to extractions, our philosophy is “finesse over force.” When we perform an extraction, we first begin by doing what we can to make you comfortable and then working diligently to get you thoroughly numb. Our dentist's main objective at this point is to remove the tooth so gently that you may not even be aware that it’s over.

No one likes to think about having a tooth pulled, but in some cases, it may be unavoidable due to infection or damage. If that time comes, our compassionate and gentle dentists are here to see you through.

Extractions Before Dentures

In some cases, you may need full dentures, but you still have a few teeth remaining. If your remaining teeth are not strong enough to support a partial denture, extractions may be necessary for a full denture.

Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Wisdom teeth generally do not come in until you’re in your late teens or early twenties. These four teeth are located at the back of the mouth. Often, they don’t erupt properly and can crowd nearby teeth. This can cause pain, infection, and cavities. If wisdom teeth are creating problems for you, it might be the best course to have them removed.
